FAQs

How can I play?

If you’re looking to register a team in our upcoming season, visit our competitions page.

If you’re an individual and don’t have a team yet, click the below link and complete your details. We will contact you to find you a team.

Click here to register as an individual.

If all else fails, contact Karen on 0412 987 461

How do we pay our team fees once we register?

If you have selected the ‘team fee’ option then you can pay with cash, credit card or bank transfer.

For bank transfer or credit card, contact Karen on 0412 987 461.

For cash, we will accept payments during the first three weeks of competition.

How do the individual players register?

Once you nominate your team you will receive an email with further information. You will need to forward this to your team members. They must use the correct form and codes as per the email to ensure they are registered into your team.

How are teams graded?

Upon nominating we will ask you to pick the division that you are most suited to. For the first three (3) rounds of competition, we will check to make sure all teams are in the correct division and adjust accordingly. Once we hit round 4 the divisions will be fixed for the remainder of the season.

Please note you will play for competition points from Round 1 as we have removed the traditional “grading” games.

I'm a Junior Player, is it cheaper?

Yes, it is.

You can play in an adult team for $100 if you’re included in the minimum of 10 players or for free if the team already has 10 adults.

If you’re registering a team with 1 or more juniors please contact Karen on 0412 987 461 or admin@sdta.net.au for more info.

What if I can only play half the season?

In some circumstances we may be able to make an exception but we’ll look at these on a case by case basis.

If you’re injured or moving out of state etc, we’ll do what we can to come to an arrangement.

Please email Karen at admin@sdta.net.au to discuss your circumstances.

What do my fees cover?

We are pretty open at SDTA and want to ensure that our members know exactly where their money is going. We are not-for-profit so all the funds go back to the club.
